These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern the use of the website eccrowdfund.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), operated by Eccrowdfund S.A. (hereinafter, "the Company"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, domiciled at Av. República del Salvador N34-127 y Suiza, Prisma Norte Building, Office 702, Quito, Ecuador, identified with Tax ID (RUC) 1792845631001. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose and scope
The Site's purpose is to provide information about housing project participation programs managed by the Company. The Site's content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, financial advice, or an invitation to invest. Any participation in the offered programs will be subject to the formalization of specific agreements independent of these Terms.
2. Usage requirements
The use of the Site is intended for persons over 18 years of age with legal capacity to contract under Ecuadorian law. By using the Site and submitting information through the contact form, you declare that you meet these requirements and that the information provided is truthful and up to date.
3. Description of informed services
The Company manages housing project participation programs in various cities in Ecuador. The programs include, according to the specific conditions of each project: (a) participation with an accessible entry amount; (b) periodic distributions during the construction phase, proportional to participation; (c) option to acquire the property upon project completion or recover capital with accumulated benefits. Specific conditions, amounts, terms, and risks of each project will be communicated in detail to interested parties who complete the consultation process.
4. Risk warning
Participation in housing projects involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: (a) possible partial or total loss of contributed capital; (b) delays in construction or delivery of projects; (c) variations in expected distributions due to market conditions or unforeseen circumstances; (d) changes in applicable regulations that may affect the programs. Past results do not guarantee future results. The Company does not guarantee specific returns or the absence of losses.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, images, design, navigation structure, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Republic of Ecuador and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of the content without prior written authorization from the Company is prohibited.
6. User obligations
The user agrees to: (a) use the Site in accordance with the law, morality, and public order; (b) provide truthful and up-to-date information in the contact form; (c) not carry out activities that may damage, disable, or overload the Site; (d) not attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Site or the Company's systems.

For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the interpretation of these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Quito, Ecuador, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
